2. Purpose of collection, processing or usage of data
The Internet presence of indevis GmbH is intended to provide general information on the company and its commercial activities. Data is collected, processed and used to pursue this purpose, along with the implementation of marketing strategies and measures to optimize the website itself. Data is not processed for any other purposes other than the relevant ones stated here.

The newsletter is sent by means of "Evalanche" of the marketing software provider SC-Networks GmbH, which also stores the e-mail addresses and further information about the dispatch and analysis of the newsletter. To optimize the newsletter for you, we use this system to check how often it is opened by readers and which links readers click and how often. At SC-Networks, IT security is an integral part of the business policy and thus of the IT strategy. SC-Networks is ISO 27001 certified and Evalanche has been awarded the TÜV seal of approval by TÜV SÜD in the areas of functionality and data security.
4. Who receives data from us?
